Identify tasks that you don’t have the time, staff, or expertise to tackle, and then provide the resources to make it happen. We will handle projects for you and make sure the work gets done.
Research.
Our consultant will conduct research into your company and put together a questionnaire to determine what is really needed.
Training.
Our customized, hands-on trainings are built to give you and your team enhanced skill sets, renewed motivation, and the tools needed to perform.
Findings.
We’ll share the results of our research. We’ll determine your business goals and reveal trouble issues.
Accountability.
We’ll make sure you’re following the plan. We’ll hold check-ins, provide project management and connect you with additional specialists or resources you may need.
Strategy.
We’ll develop a work plan. We’ll set priorities, identify and assign tasks, develop a calendar, schedule meetings and get you moving on your goals.
Follow Up.
We’ll re-visit our plan every 6 months to determine effectiveness and assess any need for modifications.

Meet Tonya, the head, and heart of tenBiz.
Tonya knows a whole lot about working with teams and entrepreneurs. She’s been a director for a major nonprofit, served as a commercial lender and Assistant VP for one of the most successful and stable banks in the country and she’s provided training and strategy development for thousands of individuals across a broad range of businesses and organizations. During her tenure in the private sector, she realized that companies and organizations weren’t getting everything they needed to be successful. So she created the resource small business owners needed—tenBiz. Coupled with her passion for helping others succeed and her vast network of connections, Tonya has established tenBiz as a vital resource for businesses.
Tonya holds a Masters of Business Administration and a B.S. in Business Administration and Law from Western Carolina University. She is a certified trainer in REAL Entrepreneurship, as well as a certified mediator. She’s also been recognized for her contribution to business in Western North Carolina by receiving the TWIN (Tribute to Women of Influence) from the YWCA of Asheville, NC. This award is designed to recognize women who have made significant achievements impacting economic development and empowerment of entrepreneurs. As her passion for entrepreneurship grows, so does her positive effect on her community. She looks forward to helping your company thrive.
