Annice has over 25 years of economic development experience designing, managing, and implementing policies and programs to create public and private sector partnerships. Her career has allowed her to focus on the areas of business she cares most about: small business development; entrepreneurship; training; project management and strategic planning.

Her passion for collaborative work with stakeholders across the state has been celebrated over the years by numerous awards not only from the SBTDC and other stakeholders, but from the U.S. Small Business Association and the Women’s Advocate Award for North Carolina in 2014.
