Since his graduation from Florida State University, Clint has spent over 20 years in business management. In each of these jobs, his primary responsibilities have been the training and development of up-and-coming managers. In 1999, he began to work part-time as an independent contractor for Moonshadow Learning Services as an instructor, facilitator, and coach. In his years in working with them, he has worked with dozens of companies and organizations, and hundreds of individuals, as a workshop instructor and performance coach for employees all the way from entry level to advanced management. He serves as a lead instructor and program designer for numerous leadership development workshops including DiSC and The 5 Behaviors of a Cohesive Team. His passion is to make the world a better place by developing better leaders.

Clint has lived in North Carolina since 1991. He is married and has two children and two stepchildren. He and his wife are very active in the church and their passion is helping individuals and couples improve their own lives and their relationships with others.
